Common Issues

| “No Active Subscription” on the portal | Verify you subscribed via Google Cloud Marketplace and are signed in with the same Google account used during purchase |
| Organization connection fails | Ensure you have Organization Administrator permissions and that billing is enabled on the organization |
| A deployment stage fails | The AI assistant provides detailed error information and remediation steps. You can retry any failed stage without losing progress |
| Need to reset your account | Email [email protected] — we can reset your Marketplace account to re-trigger the signup flow |
